7-Day Easy Returns

You can request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, unwashed and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

How to Return

Go to My Account → Orders → Return, or WhatsApp us at +91 90000 00000 with your order ID. We arrange a free reverse pickup wherever serviceable.

Refunds

Once the returned item passes a quick quality check, refunds are issued within 3–5 business days to your original payment method or SWEETHOMEE wallet.

Non-Returnable

For hygiene reasons, used bath mats, opened cushion fillers and custom-cut carpets cannot be returned unless received damaged or defective.
