Return & Refund are not available, because product quality demands on their own worth from the purchaser. For more you can mail us at support@sweethomee.com with your reason of dissatisfaction about the product and video of parcel opening is must.

Cancellation Policy: In case there is an order Cancellation, please do so before it shipped. Once order shipped t can not be cancelled.

Return Policy: Returns and exchanges are applicable on products. Detailed return eligibility and conditions are provided on respective product pages. For products, the standard return window is 3 days. The return policy for any product is subject to change without prior notice. In case we do not have pickup service at your location, you would have to self-ship the product to our office address. Return or exchange charges may apply according to that product policy.

Return Notes: The items should be unwashed, unused or specially in their original packing condition. Print on demand and Personalized items can not be returns or exchange. Return request not accepted if not done in specific period that mentioned in policies.
