Refund & Return Policy

• What is your return and exchange policy?

  At Sweethomee, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns and exchanges within 3 days of delivery. To be eligible: Item must be unused and in original condition, Original packaging must be intact, and Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

• How do I initiate a return or exchange?

• What is your refund process?

  Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer/UPI. Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method.

• What items cannot be returned?

  Items damaged due to misuse and items returned after 3 days of delivery cannot be returned.
